The Cold War aftermath was and continues to be, on many levels, a period of great change. The growth of nation-states, the interdependance of nations. the increasing integration of international networks and the proliferation of regional conflicts are markers of these changes. This new program enables students to examine such tensions within the State and between States, issues pertaining to fundemental rights as well as conflict resolution processes.
